Der Bannertext bezieht sich auf die Zeittheorie des griechischen Philosophen Platon, für den die Zeit „ein bewegtes Bild der Ewigkeit“ darstellte. Um den natürlichen Hafen von Lagos hatten bereits die Phönizier, Griechen, Karthager und Römer in der Antike Handelsstützpunkte errichtet. / The banner text refers to the time theory of the ancient Greek philosopher Plato, who regarded time as „a moving image of eternity“. In ancient times, the Phoenicians, Greek, Carthaginians, and Romans had already established trading posts around the natural harbour of Lagos.
